Arik Air has made a N201,500 refund to Jason Ozoemena*, a Lagos State resident whose Lagos–Jos flight was cancelled by the airline in May.
While speaking to EQ on Friday, Ozoemena said the refund was made on October 31.
“The refund was made to my account on October 31. It was on a Thursday,” Ozoemena said.
“Thank you so much, EQ. If not for your prompt intervention, the refund might have taken years for me to get. I booked the flight in May and the flight was cancelled in early June.
